When the parody is more famous than the original
Originally Scream was supposed to be called “Scary Movie”. But they decided to go with “Scream” cause it sounded better. However little did they know later on down the line that a parody would name itself just that.

Interesting.
Fun fact. Scary movie earned a little over more than $100million at the box office than Scream despite only having a budget that was $4million more.

I wish they remade scene with Bobby saying "I am gay and in case you haven't notice, so is Ray" but with Skeet as Billy, Matthew as Stu and Neve as Sid, it would be amazing :DDD Also I appreciate Scary Movie for having "Surprise Cindy" really sounding like the voice of killer. In the Scream, this voice mixed too much with actual voices..

Lol this movie actually came out a few months after scream 3. They pariodied Randy's "how to survive a trilogy" scene with shorty at the end, where him and his friends steal from the gas station lol. They must've filmed that at the last second.
Scoob left so Shaggy killed Velma, Fred and him captured Daphne and tried to kill her.😂 unsuccessfully.
