M pretty sure he is earning way more than 100k, but yes i can understand that alot of his earnings go back into the company and his employees

It's also the scraps where you can see just how big of a.dick conan is towards his writers. I love hearing him talk about how deep he tries to cut when criticizing them, but he's just so funny that they don't even realize how mean it was in the moment.

Conan is funny, and he uses the people around him to create funny bits. Don't get it twisted. Conan hasn't been on TV for 27 years because he's mediocre and his staff (which changes rapidly, and he used to be in NYC now in LA ) is somehow ultra funny at random. Conan is talented, and he's smart enough to include his staff in his bits. Not the other way around.
