If you actually watch the video Scottie said there was a pact to keep the 2 guys tied for at least 1 more round but when they tried to extend to that final round, they couldn't change their score. It wasn't rigged to have Gordon lose, it was rigged to keep the show going but obviously stupid Wade wanted his boy to win.

They are scoring dunks based on their personal opinion, it’s “rigged” from the start. There is no _grading formula._ You don’t have to be a “professional dunker” to choose which dunk you like more. This is an All-Star weekend event; just like the all-star game, it doesn’t actually matter; thats why Pip is casually open about their “pact”.

i dont see gordon dunk on taco a 50 either. Creativity, difficulty, Power and Impact. that dunk could have been done on earlier rounds. Yes i agree gordon got the best dunks overall... there is a so called, saving the best for last. Unfortunately all of it was decided on the last dunk and that last dunk both are not 50 imo.

If judges have pacts, it defeats the whole purpose of having them there. For all the complaints that stars don’t take the dunk contest seriously, it seems the nba and the organizers are the ones devaluing the dunk contest

I love how scottie is sittin here tellin us “he took off a little bit of tacko fall” as if that takes anything away from the fact that he just dunked on at least 7ft

2016 was way better as both guys did creative dunks every round. Not a slight variation on under the leg dunk. The one time he didn’t go under his leg he did a windmill from two feet past the free throw line. He knew he made a mistake. You see it on his face after he lands. Gordon should have done the same windmill from a bit further out. Easy win.

What I actually saw was that Gordon actually cleared Tako and once mid jump, Tako came forward and leaned down. But he leaned down after Gordon grabbed the ball and cleared him.

Shame on them and they know they messed up big time. They should have giving the trophy to both of them. If they can give Co-MVP like they did back in the days, why not in the Slam Dunk Contest. SMHHH
