A snow ski tip where fogging is a bigger problem , wipe goggles/ glasses with anti fog cloth , put your helmet/ goggles/ glasses on indoors and then don’t take them off ever ! Your body heat will soon sort out the fog but resist the urge to remove/ clean until lunch break or when ever you have a lengthy stop.

I heard that you can’t quite see as far with contacts, but you can definitely fill in the corner spaces that glasses don’t.

I have slightly large ray ban glasses and I don't get contact lenses so when I do BMX track I just use normal 661 goggles and I just put my helmet on then my glasses and finally goggles and I don't even need to take off any foam

Hi. Nice video. I noticed when I wear the contact lense the depth seem greater. What I mean is when I am on the mtn bike, It appear like I am very high up. With glass, less depth. Did you feel the same? So I prefer glass over contacts.

It's been a super long time since I used contacts. I used to only use them when I went riding and fishing. I didn't really feel the depth difference. Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment! Aloha and take care

Great video. I'm 58 and decided I needed a motorcycle after 40 yrs. of not having one.(Dual Sport) I wear glasses and planning on buying these goggles with the speed strip. Could I take a razor blade and cut a little foam out where the ear pieces (hinge) go so I could take the goggles on & off without putting my glasses in first?

Hey Mike, that sounds like a great idea. I may have to do that myself! Congrats on returning to two wheels. I'd like to get a Dual Sport myself but I think I ride to crazy? Thank you so much for checking out the video and taking the time to comment. Aloha and ride safe

Hey, since these stick out so much further than regular goggles, do they reduce any of your side peripheral vision?

Personally I don't think it has an effect on my peripheral vision. Still working good. Thanks for watching and commenting.

I ride with a full face helmet and prescription glasses and experience fogging every time. Is the fogging you experience worse or better with goggles?

  • @MuddyDrivewayProductions

The fogging gets worse with the goggles only if I stop or go slow in the trails. A company has developed a prescription goggles I forget the name of it though. Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment!

I personally take my glasses on first, and then my goggles, so i can be sure that my glasses are over my ear. Thats easier for me.

Maybe if you lower your goggles they won’t pinch your glasses.

I fog up usually while trail riding. If I go slow it has little air flow so I have to keep moving. The faster the better.

If you stop the video at 4:41 you can see that the foam is so high its covering the center bar of the glasses frame ,which presses the glasses against your nose which is no good at all .This is not a good design at all .
