Being a 60 yr old woman now, but before my father would let us girls drive the car, we had to know how to put gas in, check the oil and hook up Jumper Cabels Properly and Change A Tire at 16 yrs old! Changed many tires and also Switched Out My Own Tires cause I had two sets of winter/summer Rims for my truck...js And I'm a Girl...js Guys 😂😂

I can recall when the "cigarette lighter" in a car was called a Cigar Lighter.

My Grandmother always said ice box. Fridge or refrigerator never came out of her mouth. Oh, and how she said a phone # too. Never just the #'s. The first three #'s were always the corresponding letters. So confusing as a kid. Do any of you remember this?

Actually the ice machines on refrigerators do get disgusting and mold ridden. Ewwww. I still do trays and do the same thing Mark does if I need ice.

My fridge has one that I did not connect on purpose and I still end up having mold in they glass tray and dispenser that hasn't been used in 12 yrs and still have to clean mold from????.....Tick's me off....js

I remember reading about a woman from Chicago that was in West Texas on a trip and saw tumbleweeds for the first time. She ended up collecting them, spray painted them gold and made a lot of money selling them as decorations. Now there are so called designers who make lights and decorative stuff and people pay a lot for them.
