it's strong mix, meaning he adds a lot of his head voice mixed into his chest voice, causing it to be very high in pitch but also not losing the element of chest and power. The skill is commonly used among singers like Milijenko Matijevik (steelheart) and Nicola Sedda etc..

Everything about "The Voice of Germany" is infinitely more superior to our American "Voice" version. While we, Americans, are stuck with watching incessant "country music" trash, and the occasional repetitive R&B nonsense, the Germans are delivering masterpiece after masterpiece on their show. This song selection and performance by Sebastian Krenz is a prime example of excellence. Wonderful job.

With all due respect, if you think singers on the german version are better than the US version you have absolutely no idea about singing. The US Voice singers are in an absolutely different league. Sebastian might be great, but the US has thousands of people like him lying around. The Voice Us has the best talent in the world PERIOD.

@@mikemuller2192 respectfully, you did not comprehend my original comment at all. My criticism of the American “The Voice '' is rooted in the basic fact that it mostly fails to deliver. This is purely an entertainment show. It isn't an admissions audition for The Juilliard School. And the song selections of the American vocal coaches/battle advisors are mostly nauseating. You can have a world renowned vocalist perform “I’m proud to be an American” and it will STILL sound like utter country rubbish. The R&B selections? Nothing but a bunch of people forced into nonsensical dueling vocal acrobatics.

In some way yes, I agree. They badly need to change their judges every season. That's the only way possible they can provide "variety" to the show.

Für mich jetzt schon der Sieger. Das erinnert nicht nur an Klaus Meine. Das erinnert auch an David Coverdale in guten Tagen. Also. Wer sowas singen kann und das könnte er, steckt für mich einen John Legend, Sam Smith, Ed Sheeran und wie all die "besten Sänger der Welt" in die Tasche. Schade, dass Rock nicht mehr so eine große Lobby hat. Heute ist es zu oft Pop, Elektro und Hip-Hop.

Ich gucke seit Staffel 1 , er ist einer der besten ;) Top stimme , wie locker der das gesungen hat, unglaublich. Das war noch musikalisch die beste Zeit 70-80er , da kommt keine aktuelle Musik dran. Höre aber auch gerne Forsti und natürlich Johannes, Johannes ist für mich aktuell der beste deutsche Künstler mit Mark Forster. Hoffe das er ins Final kommt.

I can't stop watching this performance. Sebastian just looks so casually comfortable up there, and he makes it looks effortless.

Sadly the voice in all around the world(including america) are just by pop, indie and country voices style.

As a musician, it feels good to hear singers like this. Hitting notes like that brings joy to our hearts. It’s like the singers are giving justice to the music we’re playing. I’m a drummer btw.

This one and Matthias Nebel are the most beautiful auditions I've ever watched.

This guy needs to win! The range of his voice is outstanding! The lead singer of Scorpions would be damned proud!

The Voice ist eine hammer Musikshow, die mit Talenten überzeugt, respektvoll gegenüber allen ist. DSDS ist eine Müllsendung auf RealityTV-Niveau, bei der es darum geht, bewusst Menschen mit unter anderem Behinderung vorführen und damit die Quote zu halten. Wer gute Künstler hören will guckt The Voice.

He sings this better than the original ! Ultimately the best audition ever. His range us phenomenal! Shout out to the band also. They were awesome

@@veryschmidt Ja, Klaus Meines Stimme ist jetzt nicht gerade von großem Umfang oder besonders nuancenreich; da kann ein wirklich guter Sänger einen Scorpions-Song natürlich extrem aufwerten! War eigentlich schon immer so. Herausstechend in der Band war eigentlich immer Matthias Jabs, der wirklich ein exzellenter Gitarrist ist. Das Songwriting bei den Scorpions war/ist da oft einen Tick besser als die solide, abliefernde Handwerksarbeit. Und ich meine nicht unbedingt die Texte...

The voice Germany already found the winner. Imagine those head voice to falcetto , stunning!!.. he is incredibly good, he’s in different level. He is the winner. Watching from Philippines!!!

This guy is absolutely nuts. I'm still wrapping my head around his range.

How he doesn't close his eyes when hitting those high notes is beyond me. He makes it seem so effortless.🌧🔥

Yeah, effortless is the key word here. I'm nigh on tone deaf and understand next to nothing about music, but even I can hear the talent here. The way he sings is just magical.

Er ist auf jeden Fall ein Ausnahmetalent. Im Rock Bereich ist die Show noch nicht so gut besetzt, daher kann er weit kommen ähnlich wie Mathias Nebel ein wirklicher Gewinn für die Show!

How is his high notes so damn stable like laser beams. No trace of shakiness AT ALL. I'm getting a hard time believing someone can sing live with that level of finesse.

Do you even know the original singer? He has had two vocal cord surgeries and is 73 years old and he is not at all struggling to reach the high notes. You better inform yourself before you write anything on the internet.
