I think the cooling off period is a good idea. It prevents people from being pressured into making a decision.

My Dad lives in Pennsylvania and is in his early 80's. He has stage 3A chronic kidney disease. Dose he have a chance of passing medical underwriting to get a medigap plan at a decent price?

He more than likely would not qualify for a Medigap plan, but you can give us a call to review!
