Hi Strell, Your story was very relatable to me. I also ride a scooter (Honda Activa), and a similar incident happened to me about 6-8 months ago. The only difference was that I was wearing jeans, and when I fell down, my jeans stretched upwards, exposing my leg to the exhaust pipe. So, this situation does not depend on the type of clothing you wear, and there's no need to blame yourself for not wearing jeans.🤠

Almost same thing happened to me. മനസ്സ് തന്നെ അന്ന് പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു shoes ഇട്ടോ ഇട്ടോ ന്ന്.. കേട്ടില്ല. ടാറിട്ട റോട്ടിൽ 50 km സ്പീഡിൽ നിരങ്ങി വീണു സ്കൂട്ടി തന്നെ. ചെറിയ മഴ കഴിഞ്ഞുള്ള സമയം ആയിരുന്നു ഫ്രണ്ട് brake jam ആയി പെട്ടന്നെന്നെ ശെരിയാവും ചെയ്തു അപ്പോളേക്കും വീണിരുന്ന. Frontil sudden ചവിട്ടിയ ചേട്ടൻ cool ആയി എടുത്ത് പോയി. Almost 2,3 മാസം ഇതേ അവസ്ഥ.. മുറിവ് ഡ്രസിങ് ആലോചിക്കാൻ വയ്യ. 😅 ഇപ്പൊ റേഷൻ കടയിലോട്ട് വരെ jeans and shoes ഇട്ടേ പോവൂ.. നാട്ടുകാർ എന്നെ പരിഷ്ക്കാരി എന്നൊക്കെ വിളിക്കുമെങ്കിലും shoes and jeans ഇടാതെ bike ഓടിക്കാൻ memories സമ്മതിക്കണില്ല 😁😂

If muscles were burnt,then its 4th degree burn( the worst) i suppose its 2nd degree deep or even 3rd degree where the fat layer under skin was burnt.( 4th is even deeper,ie the muscle and bone layer and usually it wont recover by 2 weeks) first aid you can do at home is gently pour lukewarm water over the area for few minutes .DONT RUB.DONT apply toothpaste or other non medicated creams.DONT burst the blisters,they will open on their own. Major concern is infection at burn site for such isolated and localised burns Superficial burns (1,2 degrees) usually require only antibiotic creams such as silfer sulfadiazine. In your case there was considerable dead skin and fat layer hence it had to be removed ( dead skin is nutrition for bacteria) what happened to you at the hospital is medically termed "vasovagal syncope". Yes cinemayil kanana pole emotional akumbe chilapo bp kuranj thalakarangi veezham..its a reflex mechanism in our body. But nothing to worry,its transient. The tetanus injection was "intramuscular" i guess, that means the needle was inserted into muscle..this type of injection is famous for its pain as side effect, but again dont worry, its transient. Hence In case of burns please visit nearby hospital/clinic and get it checked out. Sorry i coudnt help it. As a doctor myself i cudnt resist the urge to explain the medical facts😂
