As an ex car radio thief long ago when I was young. I got this car recently. You do not need that trim tool cover pops out with simple fast pull on cover. I just came here to see connectors as one was hidden in dash.

It really depends on the car. I remember this car looked brand new and popping off the trim was not easy with just fingers. I always try before I use the tools on a video. And if I think its close I mention that too. Maybe your panel had been removed before.

Thanks for posting this video. I have an 2013 XB with a standard radio and I want to install an upgraded original radio that was offered for this car. Do you know if the connectors are compatible or do I have to modify anything?

I don't know the answer to that. People don't really come to me for OEM swaps

I'm not sure since we put in an aftermarket radio but usually you do not.

Hi, does it come with the gold color for the shifter, or did you upgrade it ? Any videos ?
