If you read this Mr.max Montana, Thank you. I'm back to training after a while a life turn. Back to basic and your principal of training has helped me to put direction on my own weiglifting programme. Been struggle with some issues on mobility and strenght. I started to catch up really fast on my 2nd week, 70kg squat and 102kg deadlift on 60kg bw. Still working on to get better. Thankyou sir. Greet from France.

Where would you place hang/blocks, power variations and muscle variations in terms of grouping into "Main Lifts" and "Assistance Lifts"? I'm going from Powerlifting over to Weightlifting and they all seem very similar to my inexperience with programming for OW

Hey my name is Albin and i need your help. Powerlifting style question. What if i am nearing the intermediate stage and need to hop on an periodation program. But i cannot squat because of my extreme poor ankle mobility. Ive been doing box squats in my novice stage. But most intermediate program have high bar squats or fronts. What should i do? Replace the normal squats with box squats?

Naturally he should improve his ankle mobility, but if he can't even perform a single squat, buying a pair of weightlifting shoes and squatting as deep as possible will increase his ankle mobility whilst actually being able to follow the program. Just my thoughts.
