  • @workout-guru

    @workout-guru

    8 ай бұрын

    I'd be happy to help you reduce your belly fat ratio! For the best results, I'd recommend following a combination of exercise and nutrition. For exercise, I suggest looking into high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts. These are short bursts of intense exercise that will help you burn fat quickly and effectively. For nutrition, focus on eating a balanced diet that includes lean proteins, complex carbs, and healthy fats. Avoid processed and sugary foods as much as possible. Hope this helps and good luck!

    Hi! While 5 minutes per day can certainly help with weight loss, it really depends on the intensity of the exercise and what other lifestyle changes you make. Depending on your goals, it may be beneficial to do more than 5 minutes per day. You can also break up the 5 minutes into multiple sets throughout the day.

    Yes, it can help with stamina. Exercise is one of the most important ways to increase your stamina and endurance. Regular physical activity can help you build strength, improve your cardiovascular health, and increase your overall energy levels. Additionally, eating a healthy diet and getting enough rest can also help you maintain energy levels over time.

    All five =1 round, do 2-4 rounds. It's listed above to keep increasing the number of days per week to do it also. Just started this am and I'm here to tell you this feels right!

    Buen dia, creo que comparar esta rutina de 5min con una rutina de 45 min de running, es una muy mala referencia, creo que hay que respetar el running, y yo lo voy a defender por que se lo que representa correr 45 min, representa aproximadamente 8km, y esto deberá complementarse con una caminata previa de calentamiento y una caminata final de relajación de aprox 10 min cada una, lo que da una rutina total de una hora, cuidando correctamente el cuerpo, los músculos y las articulaciones, es decir permitiendo al cuerpo calentar y relajarse con tiempo debido. Esta rutina inplementada un día si y un día no, a lo largo de los primeros meses permite dejar de subir de peso, luego lo más importante empiezas a bajar de peso sin rebote, pero obvio no es gratis ni milagroso, es por mantener la rutina por lo menos 4 meses combinada con bajar el consumo botanas, refescos y sobre todo el pan, para ver los resultados, que son adelgasar sanamente, tonificar los músculos, bueno, hay tanto que decir de estos temas del ejercio, pero la comparación se me hace muy mala.
