Because students will play too much if spinning chairs, if not spinning chairs then you already know some kids(obviously not all) will damage the cushion of the seats. And any chair with wheels would be a roller coaster(coming from personal experience cuz there were 2 chairs with wheels in my class after a function in school)

As an Asian, we didn't even had nice chairs. We legit had wooden benches in school, each held two students lol. Edit: For people asking, Indian here. And yes, India is a country in the continent of Asia. Edit 2: Some of y'all legit need to study geography & maps again. Like mate, c'mon! Edit 3: The number of students sitting in one bench was determined by the size of the bench. Ours were smaller, so it held two. It would be great if some of you actually used common sense to understand this basic thing.

White, mid-length straight blonde hair(edit: OH right, you know Android 18 from Dragon Ball Z? HAIR LIKE THAT), blue eyes, and this hourglass shape but you know all dressed up not showing any skin aside from her neck, head and forearms and a bit of the legs...but you could see her curves. Anyway I reacted to the picture and was like "Holy shit she's freaking hot" and then this prick who I also had in math class, goes to the class the next day and and infront of the class asks the teacher about the event after mentioning the pictures, she explains what it was, and then he goes "oh and Brian said that you're freaking hot" ... and everybody starts laughing, my face goes beet red and I just bury my head in my arms...and then the teacher looked at me, kept asking me to lift my head, and when I finally did, she said thank you for the compliment.
