Hi Nazia ,My DOJ is 16th March in Accenture before this friday I have to submit all documents in count down to Accenture offer for 11.5 LPA ( 20% variable pay). And in Infosys I asked for 13 LPA and HR told till tuesday waiting for CTC approval and they called today and said they got approval only for 12 LPA and they can release offer letter only on Monday will it nearly take 3 days to release offer after CTC approval? will there be a chance that they do not release offer letter ? Which company can I join ?
