Maam you are so patienceful person really. It's a good quality which i can learn from you. Let me tell you my journey of 1.5 years. I started my career with 7000 per month and now I have offer of 6.5 LPA in my hand. even I was having offer of 10 LPA from ValueLabs Hyderabad in WFH conditions but I got rejected because I became unable to present my current company experience. because of my imapatience and some misconduct i did not get relieving letter so i loose this 10 LPA offer.

everyone got huge hikes only in post pandemic era! before 2019 to get 1l/m people have to be really really knowledgeable! nowadays 1l/m is very common and medicore(including me 😅) people in IT industry is getting this! so pre pandemic those people who were getting 1l/m with 6-8 years of experience are now getting min 1.5-1.7l/m! this is how everything changed!

Hey mam i am a bcom graduate i had applied for the process calld system and application associate nd i had cleared the assessment and interview and after that they said to upload the documents in their Accenture portal and all my 9 tasks are approved and after waiting for two weeks i got a rejection mail stating that Thank you for your interest in pursuing a career with Accenture. After careful evaluation of your candidature, we regret to inform that we will not be able to proceed with your candidature, since your profile does not meet our eligibility criteria. However, we do encourage you to apply for other suitable roles. All the best for your future endeavors. I thought I would get this job coz after the approval of all the documents in accenture portal I thought next stage would be issuing offer letter coz in majority of youtube channels they said like that But unfortunately i got rejection mail Mam i want to knw what is the reason for this Coz i waited about two months for this🥲 Kindly pls help!🥺

Gap doesn't matter if you have the proper skills and you apply for the trending domains. Also, it depends on your branch of graduation. Telling you this cause I have 4 yrs gap, I'm a btech cs graduate and based on my skills of data science I received 2 offers and in the interviews they see your skills not the gap. Best to try for startups cause MNCs have that gap rule. Best of luck.

There are cases in Post pandemic who hold a package of 25 to 30 LPA after 5-7 years package. too much greedy will make profile Red. I have witnessed a case who is 3 year exp guy has given role of 8 years. He underperformed and left the company in 2 months.
