I would make sure you have a 3060ti gpu at minimum! Other than that it is up to you on budget, brand, looks etc! I like ZOTAC Gaming, NZXT for prebuilt PCs!

I have a nzxt 770 with a 4060. I easily run 300 fps on Fortnite so do you think this would be a good purchase or should I look for a more advanced 240hz monitor.

Yes you could use this with the Series S! I have not tried it but yes at best you would get 1080 120!

They have their own adaptive sync which works like free sync and in regards to the series X you will be capped at 1080/120 so 240hz is overkill and not able to reach its full potential on the console. So it would be better for a PC where you can achieve those top specs but nothing wrong with using it on Xbox!

That will depend more on your PC and what it is capable of driving... if you can get 240 fps then yes!

They appear to have undercut the market making this the most budget friendly 1080p / 240hz monitor... I think you will enjoy gaming on this monitor for Fortnite etc. I use a Sceptre monitor as my daily driver (not this exact model) and anytime you want to try and adjust colors/backlight it starts to drastically effect picture colors/quality.

That is a nice setup for 1080 and some 1440p. I like to think if you encounter any issues it won't be your spec and will be the fault of the monitor!

VA Panel! You know the ghosting/smearing will be present on this panel at least in our experience. I would recommend buying and trying but being prepared to return if needed!

It defiantly has mixed reviews on ghosting so I always recommend buying whatever monitor you are interested in and trying it right away. Then you can decided within your return window if it will work for you!

I need to look at my raw clips for this project b/c I don't see our ghosting segment in this video and it may have been overlooked during the editing process. Great question... I don't know where our ghosting scene went in this edit lol we usually have one right after the UFO test. Ghosting will be present (as it is on just about every budget monitor) but I would say its avg and not terrible or anything... always recommend buying and trying for yourself (we all have different tolerances) and making sure to figure it out before your return window closes!

is there anyway to change the resolution from 1920x1080 to lower resolution? When i try to change it on my computer it says the active signal resoultion is still 1920x1080 although i changed it to 1400x900 in my pc settings

@@user-eu1ob9zd3u it’s pretty annoying. When i play fps games there’s a slight color orientation when moving a lot. It’s tolerable but still annoying. for other games such as The binding of Isaac for example, the ghosting is horrible and unplayable for me.

dont buy if you play fps. ghosting was hell. I returned it and went a little crazy, got a lg c3 42 inch cause I got pissed at the ghosting

I bought 2 of these monitors, and for some reason whenever I play any game more specifically on fortnite, the screen almost blurs with a retro effect idk what it’s called “ghosting” maybe? Anyway, it’s annoying since it’s hard to see in dark spots cause of it and when you look around it shows these red, white, and blue lines. Idk how to fix this and idk if there’s a fix or if it’s something in the monitor itself.

Just RDR2? If its all games then most likely that is not something you can change and it probably isn't the right monitor for you. You can try to enable freesync or gsync, turn on elmb settings etc. Make sure you have DisplayPort and highest refresh rate possible. Try a gaming mode(s) as well.

@@tvchef I'm thinking of getting the KOORUI 24e3. I heard that there is no ghosting, it's smooth, and overall a great gaming experience. Sadly its not curved, but its manageable.
