I find sweet scents can be tricky on me, that said Wonderland Peony by Floral Street and LVEB en Rose are getting a lot of wear 🌹 . I also used to wear Baby Doll by YSL (loved the foamy shower mousse). Great video, thank you 😊

Claude has main character energy... 😂 Good picks! I guess mine might be La Petite Robe Noire Intense for cotton candy (212 Sexy has a lighter beezier cotton candy). I might include Angel Muse, Wanted by Night and Bianco Latte... 😁 It sounds so sweet and awesome.

Angel is THE quintessential fun fair fragrance for sure! I also think Falling in Love by Philosophy captures the vibe, though it’s longevity is lacking. Pink Sugar, though I got sick of it when everyone was obsessed with it, does deserve a nod as well. (Wondering now how those two would layer. 🤔) I was an 80’s kid, too, and loved the Stranger Things reference. If only newer generations knew how fabulous the 80’s could be! Love this one! Keep up the great work! P.S.: I have been layering my Anais Anais Premier Delice on top of Kayali Yum Pistachio Gelato for spring, and it’s delicious! Yum has a cotton candy note so if you wanna amp up those fair vibes, I would highly recommend!

I never smelled Pink Sugar Aquolina but saw many fragrance reviewers loving it. So, when yesterday I saw 100ml Pink Sugar Red Velvet I decided to purchase it for just under $25. But having read many reviews I'm considering returning it. Some people said it smells like a strawberry candy or bubblegum, others - like a strawberry shortcake and even like a red velvet cake. Talking about fun fairs...

When I lived in India as a kid, I use to LOVE getting candy floss at the many, many fairs held throughout the year. In Canada and the States, it’s cotton candy, so I have become accustomed to saying it that way. Candy floss was stuff of dreams for me, watching it being made and spun onto paper cones. Happy memories. My closes fun fair perfume is probably Victor and Rolph’s Flower Bomb, and Cheriosa 62 body spray by Sol de Janero. Your collection is wild! So much fun!

I like many fragrances, but in April 1997 EDP ANGEL Thierry Mugler made me become obsessed over it's scent. No perfume came close to it.... However, being frugal I didn't purchase it back then.

You can still get it if you look hard enough! I haven't got many lancome fragrances although hypnose is probably my favourite and jasmins marzipane 🥰

I have never smelled the discontued Liberté. But a lovely sweet orange/mandarin scent that is available, and inexpensive too, is Vibrant Orange and Neroli from Emir.

I second the older version of Hypnotic Poison. The newer versions just don't smell the same. My picks are Warm Vanilla Sugar by Bath & Body Works, Vanille Abricot by Comptoir Sud Pacifique, and Hypnose by Lancome.

@@thefragrantician I have both as well, though only a travel spray of the vintage. It used to come with a hexagonal metal case, like a lipstick. This time I purchased a new bottle. It was a very good deal. I might be in the minority, but I actually don’t have any complaints about the current formula. The one I got in 2020 didn’t last great on me. The one I got in 2022 was a great performer so go figure… I haven’t tested the new bottle yet. I hope it’s good.
