Scenic Drive around Chincoteague Island, Virginia.
Take a drive around beautiful Chincoteague Island, Virginia. We start at the McDonald’s and Refuge Inn continuing to Oyster Bay, then onto Main Street all the way down to the marina. Then we head to Eastside Dr and turn right onto Chicken City Rd and back to Maddox and Main where our tour ends.

This video made me teary eyed. My wife and I take a drive around the island usually 2-3 times when we stay there. WE got engaged there, we did all sorts of stuff. I love it here.

My husband and I are going there on vacation next month and we are staying at the refuge inn .. first time staying there. We live a few hundred miles away. So we are looking forward to it. Thanks for sharing

Was a wonderful relaxing stay. We already booked there again this fall. So looming forward to it as long as all goes to plan. I definitely recommend it to anyone who goes to Chincoteague Island
I start a new job in VA soon and plan on moving to this island. Big change from Florida, but it looks beautiful.

Meh. Don't move there. Full of crackheads and now meth and fentanyl. Islanders hate visitors and need to put up with them for their $. Assholes everywhere who own most businesses. Biggest is Mike McGee. He takes fresh oysters and sells them as salts soaking them in a float. watch out for Jonny and Bob Jack cherrix with kiddos!!! Dead thankfully. Too many mosquitos they fly a small plane over and spray who knows what it Falls on you like rain. I'm sure a lawyer commercial will come on for compensation in the future prob paraquat. Nothing but a bunch of floating clamshells called an island that many hopes washes away like Tangier isl. Septic leaking on almost every property on the island. Cable sucks. Salt water cowboys are crackheads none really know how to ride. Misty sucks. Yay we put a mcds in but we all drive 45mins to shop at Walmart over in the fatherless town. 30yrs behind in everything. ... But ok place to take a week break. Visit but do not move there!!!! Islanders? Ha! Fake fishermen.

This is a really nice video! I'm surprised how built-up the island has gotten though. Progress! 😢 I had no idea all those lovely homes were up there on the northern end and did they move Tom's Cove, or did I just get lost? I guess it's time for another vacation. I always stay at the Refuge Inn too. Oh yeah, did they change the name of Maddox Blvd?
