That is an old truckers trick from 40 to 50 years ago. Wrap your sandwich with aluminum foil, put it on top of the exhaust manifold. Nice and hot 120 miles later.

Another great video! I saw a guy on some show somewhere who tried cooking some fish on his engine. Somehow his container leaked and fish cooked onto his engine. What a mess. He said it reeked for a long time….anywho, looking forward to your next show. Have a fantastic time!

Currently working on turning the car into a car camper as well so when I finish school I can go and travel for a while before jumping into my career field. The better & safer way to cook on the road is with a Hot Logic portable oven. You can get a 12v or regular AC to plug into your power source. Happy Trails. Love your videos.

I was born in Michigan city, as a youngster I fished from that peer by the light house. Haven’t been there in decades as I moved out west. Lighthouse looks good, still have the zoo, that’s good. You brought back some memories. Thankyou

OMG..... You was just 1/2 a mile from my home😮. I am packing my Dodge Grand Caravan right now to take my first overnight. It's really scary, but I'm doing it! Wish I could have met you to ask questions. I didn't even know the beach was open, to overnight (travelers). Just fined building my no build. I'm an old bird, and this is my birthday present to ME. Christine, If you're still in Wisco, I live in La Crosse, WI. There is a Planet Fitness in Onalaska, which is essentially in La Crosse. Southwest Wisconsin is referred to as the "Driftless" region. It's called that because the last Glacier that came through never made it over to Southwest Wisconsin/Southeast Minnesota area, so it is unique to the upper Midwest in topography. La Crosse has a couple of smaller Universities that make the area have some awesome restaurants, museums, music venues, AND river activities! Come visit!

Just fyi there are cheap food warmers on Amazon used by long-distance truckers, etc. They are small, convenient, clean, and run off of your car outlet. Be safe and be well.
