I found this helpful, I am going back to school for school counseling and my LMHC. Although I have found state regulation varries greatly from state to state on what the actual school is looking for.

Thank you for your videos! I get anxiety during counselor interviews so it has been difficult for me to sell myself to land a school counselor job, but I am praying this is the year I return to my calling. Your videos help me feel more prepared. Another question I am asked is how I can be innovative. What is your recommendation on how to address this question? At this point, I'm sure school counselors are already have innovative practices. Thank you!

Also, will you please address the question of how counselors provide equity to all students? Of course, I treat my students equally; however, I have a difficult time verbalizing my thoughts in interviews. I believe that is one of the reasons why I do not get call backs. 😔

This is a great video and I would also like to know what state you are in because in the state that I am in. The law states that I can not inform a parent if a teenager is pregnant 🤰🏻
