There's not really any penalty for doing so, but you can't file another report while an anomaly is being reported, and time is of the essence with some anomalies.

The two best things about this couple 1: Seán is so much more energetic and happy when she's around, as if just being with her makes him giddy 2: I've heard many times that you can't just love someone, you have to like them too.
