I pricked my thumb almost 2 months ago on broken glass and it randomly started hurting 2 weeks ago, super painful like I'm getting pricked again. An ultrasound I did today found no foreign objects so the doc advised me to do massages as it may be scar tissue. It's hurting SO MUCH though ughhhh. Thank you for this video.

He has to do this for the rest of his life. It is a fibrotic tissue. It doesn’t break as he describes.
