I have a system like this from you and I’m having trouble with it being to slow. It’s like it’s stuck on 40% . With no light on at 100% it’s still slow. If I slow it down to 20 or 40% it won’t even move. It has operated fine for almost 2 years till now.

Does it lift more in turtle mode or is the speed irrelevant?
The secondary lever is backwards from what we are use to. Can we change that?
