Det här är ett klipp från Traktor Powers film Big Swede 3 som tar upp hemmabyggda traktorer. Det här V8-monstret försvann tyvärr i logbrand för några år sedan så njut av det sista du kan få se på den.

Put an implement on the back of it and there’ll be plenty weight on the back wheels. Unloaded tractors have to be nose heavy, or they just rear up when pulling hard.

Bob Ha, ha, ha! I’ve driven tractors since l was 9 years old! My grandfather and father were both farmers. I’ve farmed my own land for 40 years. It’s you who doesn’t seem to know much about tractors. Most modern tractors have front wheel assist, but if you look back at the 2wd giants of the 60’s and 70’s, and even at the earlier traction engines, they were built very like this.

@@jamesblade6684 You can't get weight on the rear without a 3 point hitch, this only has a draw bar but don't worry, it won't rear up if it can't get traction!

Bob Oh Boy! The tractive effort of physically pulling an implement, even a trailed one, increases the weight on the tractor’s rear axle. Without ballast a tractor still becomes light on the nose if the load’s heavy enough. Watch some tractor pulling videos if you don’t believe me. This is simple beginner stuff. May l ask what you do Bob? I assume you‘ve got an office job.

In the description it's written that this tractor burned up a couple of years ago in a barnfire.
Saw this done ... with a cab damaged lorry ... the chassie cut down .. tractor cab on it over back axel...bonnet like a tractor...24 inch loader tyres on back axel ...20s truck tyres on front axel...TAXED and INSURED as a TRACTOR.. yoused to tow a low loader ... moving things around...GOT pulled by the GARDA..over the speed limit ... for a tractor ...got taken off him... SCRAPPED..went to court... BIG fine..and off the road...Home made MACHINES ..in fields or FORESTRY..ONLY..i drove and built home made things ... over the YEARS...great fun untill the LAW catches U..😢...stay safe ...and stay off that thing ...its unsafe... FRONT axel too narrow...too top heavy...and AT your age...🤔...helo from IRELAND...😉 im 59yrs old...and a spanner man all me life..😕..
So ya cut up a truck welded a HD truck Axel to the frame chucked a old tractor front axel on it so it’s a fucked up truck made to look like a tractor Really just a heap of junk that should of been left in the junk pile
