I'm guessing how they scam you is put their Indian debit card and then do a cashout. What they don't realize is that IT DOESN'T WORK. IT WON'T LET YOU USE AN INDIAN DEBIT CARD LMAO. AN AMERICAN CARD ONLY AND IF THEY USE AN AMERICAN DEBIT CARD IT WILL BE TIED TO A SOCIAL AND WHOEVER GETS THAT MONEY CAN EASILY BE CAUGHT IN A DAY IF THE COPS WANT IT

@@davidt8087 not all debit cards trace back to a social. Its not the debit cards themselves either, the bank has your social when you open a bank account. However, there are plenty of ways to obtain US debit cards without being tied to them in anyway. They're called prepaid cards. Its very easy to have them under fake names and info.

I had a telemarketer calling us back when people had home phones. I put on a Scottish accent and trolled the shit out of her then hung up when she got mad. SHE CALLED ME BACK cussing up a fucking storm saying I'm not an American and shit. I bet she got fired. It was amazing but she deserved it, she spammed our phone every day.

they are used to get easy money every now and then, or people who just hang up when they realise, so they can simply move on to the next one. when they hit that scambaiting brickwall, they just explode. they are too invested to keep calm, it's a tight business and competition is tough, and kit has his baits so perfectly laid out, they can't help but bite. that's why this is so satisfying.

If I called customer support and they started screaming at me and cussing I would just hang up. Not worth my damn time if they’re going to be sour about it.

You know when you start with a scammer, conference a second scammer, then eventually hang up with the second scammer? Have you ever followed through with the second scammer? I figured it would make scammer 1 feel like he failed and lost a scam, then make scammer 2 feel great that he stole a scam, only to waste his own time to fail also...

@@daveed1797 I work in fraud, and I speak with people every day who call cash app and they have hundreds of dollars stolen from them. They always say they have a gut feeling it was not right. Always follow your gut instincts. I think they have put on the Google top search now that you can't speak with cash app, only through the app or email. It still happens though. It's sad to see. Banks needs to warn people about scams trending, with a push notification or something.

Those people have no decency and their bones whatsoever!! It doesn't matter to them if the need the virus is going on!!

The next time one of these scammers doesn't realize that it's you, when they hear 2 different voices and you're trying to reveal, you should just keep bringing on your other personas too, like Edna, and the Russian guy. You could make it sound like there's a whole group of people on the line. Would be funny to see when they finally get it.

Well, I hate the scammers as much as anyone else but the sad thing is that they are the ones taking thousands of dollars from vulnerable people for completely ridiculous reasons.

I’ve become so addicted to his videos because he is so smart, funny and he helps so many people!! My favs are when he shows them how much smarter he is and they get so mad! It’s so sick how people can try to scam elderly people especially! Apparently the fact is that they don’t think of their relatives!! Keep informing everyone Kit! You def have our support! Does he do live snap chats? I’m not technically inclined but one thing I know is never to answer a phone call I don’t know or call back a suspicious message.

Apart from Kit's phenomenal coding skills and green screen productions, his natural acting is so impressive

Well I'm just happy that someone so talented is combating this evil. Every minute of the scammers time he wastes potentially saves a real victim.

I wish there was a way of knowing the amount of money that you've saved innocent (probably elderly) people from losing, just by wasting these scammers time. It's got to be a gigantic amount by now. And if you've made just one scammer rage-quit from this racket and get a real job, that amount is even more compounded. I salute you sir. Thank you for this public service.

probably around $20 per hour that he keeps a scammer on the phone. based upon a scam call centre making around $500,000 per year / $10,000 per week. There being 10 staff so each staff makes $1000 per week and each staff works a 50hr week 1000/50= $20 per hour that each staff member earns the scam centre

here is more info based on real numbers A news report (that KZread doesn't allow to be linked) said a specific group of call centres (which all shared the same ringleaders) made $300 million over 4 years. The group of call centres and the ring leaders were targeted by law enforcement. 700 employees were detained (not sure if all employees were detained or were there far more than 700 employees with only 700 detained.. let's assume most were detained so 700 is the total) the income was $75 million per year. over 700 workers. each worker doing 50hrs per week (guess). That'd mean each employee was bringing in close to $110,000 income for the scam operation. Around $2000 per week. That'd put it at around $40 per hour at how much the scammers get out of victims. So wasting their time is equivalent to $40 saved from a potential victim per hour. conclusion $20-40 per hour. Kitboga seems to be putting out around 2 videos a week? with 3hrs on average scammer time wasted per video? if that's true he's saving victims somewhere between $6200 - $12,500 per year Videos like the baited series where he had 3 scammers on at the same time for 36hrs total, plus they spent probably the same time again plotting, obsessing and trying to call him. He'd have saved potential victims like 3 scammers * 70hrs * $20-40ph = $4200 - $8400 that one was a windfall I'll take the averages $9000 per year. Plus 3 windfalls a year of $6000 each = $27,000 per year kitboga saves scam victims by wasting scammers time over the phone. plus reporting websites, numbers, popups, warning victims, so scammers have to redo these things that's even more time and money wasted. plus educating the public so making their job more difficult to find victims is even more scammer time and money gone plus making scambaiting more of a thing so more prank callers target these scam centres It's too difficult to put a value on these last 3 things it'd be a wild guess. Let's say he probably saves victims at least $50,000 per year if not a lot more.

I haven't called them, but I pretend to play along when they contact me.

The last 10 minutes had me laughing way too hard. I nearly lost it when you admitted to making the mistake when answering the call as the wrong person and they still didn't get what was going on.
