I love so much this videos of you triying to enter the rabbit hole of corporate mobile game industries making false ads to make people play their games, it's so intriguing

It wasn't uncommon in the Asian markets with those NES clone systems in the 90's to have cartridges with multiple games with misleading titles and hacked and modded ROMs. I remember first playing "Jackie Chan's Action Kung Fu," for the NES as a "Mario" game. And also the "Kid Niki 3" modded game was labelled as "Stick Mario," and in both instances, the original characters were replaced in-game by Mario sprites/models. So to this day, I'm pretty sure there are some who believe that those were Mario game they had played in their childhood.

Lep’s world was literally my childhood alongside Super Mario 64. It’s nice to see something similar to LW.

This inspiried me to watch the video! Its great and so are his other videos and i recommended you watch it

Sadly, you move very slowly In the game and there is No run button.

I just found a channel that uploads reels of them playin this bobs world game and i was like thats really close to super mario and so i loooked it up and now im here

3:48 that sound.... is from megaman! i think is from the third one... is from when you absorb the robot master's weapon (not the coin one, that is from the original super mario, obviously)

This game actually has a "big brother" it's called Lep's world. The only difference is that it's much better than Bob's world. Though it still steals levels up's videos.

One time, I was playing a pet game, then I had to watch a Bob’s world ad that was using real footage from the game and the Super Mario Bros. 3 main Overworld theme,but the ad was SUPER SLOW.I played the ad, but I got stuck at a pipe.I had to play the game’s playable ad to get a few items.

I see plenty of these for Pokemon, it's so funny to see different Games mixed together in these ads.. as if someone wouldn't realise that they are fake.

I remembered when the ads came out and I was like"oh my goodness they stole level up's videos how dare they!!!" So glad they got what they deserved

I keep seeing those Bobs World ads using clips from real Mario games, the one I see the most is a clip from Super Mario Bros U Deluxe!

I'm a huge Level Up fan, I recognized their animation immediately

Hey I remember these, this was literally the time I wanted to get Mario Maker 2 for my switch but was just too damn lazy So i tried to find one free for mobile, but alas, i failed, Then I came across this ad, but I was smart enough to know that the website was a scam. I still get these ads even in 2021, but it’s died down quite a bit.

I specifically remember seeing these a lot for SMM2. Also, I think a bunch of bootleg Minecraft ads plaqued the KZread adscape for a while, too. Pretty sure those had rather obnoxious music.

Really strange that the Bob's World Engineer Moderator changed his surname from "Trần" to "Nguyễn". Even weirder he reversed the order, the 1st was Sur->First like most country the other was the America way. There are 3 possibilities 1. This is the same guy who changed his name (why?) 2. The devs are probably Vietnameses, as we know China is the God of Bootleg and we mostly dispute them (Pokemon Elf) 3. This is a different guy who is also an enginneer.

I still get those ads but for older Nintendo titles (talking about NES and SNES mario games). Strange that KZread recommended this to me.
