That’s pretty cool! How do you make the brushes? I would like to do a 1/87 version to go in the Walthers kit. I don’t plan to make it operate. Just the brush models.

GMTX 2613 I appreciate that. These Brushes were made out of rain jacket material but I have since then switched to medical Tourniquets due to the size of the brushes. Basically all the brush to start off with then cut sheets which are then divided amongst all the brushes. What’s the brushes are cut into smaller sections they are either glued or stapled to a center core. The way I do it now the center core is divided into sections so that I can use different brush colors for different car wash theme colors. I sit there and cut out all the little slits one by one prior to the sections being attached to the core.

Hi! This car wash was built from scratch. However as far as videos showing how to make them, I haven’t had time to post new videos showing the process unfortunately.

How to make that ?? Please !

Karla Lebray Construct a wash gantry or frame. I use plastic and metal for my new ones. The brushes are scratch made. I use stretch band material to make them now. I use robotics shaft motors for the brushes and to pull the gantry back and forth. It’s a lot to put in one sentence but I can explain it to you in much better detail.
