    Man, I'm neither an RC enthusiast nor a car wash enthusiast, but I accidentally found your channel and am delighted by the care and attention that went into this. I love when I find something that I never even knew existed. Great job, and thanks for sharing this with the world.

    Christ Quantus c165 also has 5 brushes, but the ones in the style are the same size as the ones before and they also bend, but Quantus will wash cars faster, so if many people buy the best program, after 1 hour the 18 cars will be washed

    I’m working on a 1:5 scale Ceccato Master, what motors would be best to use for the brushes as they will be pretty big and heavy approximately 4 inches wide when spinning and about 23 inches tall

    @jrwash1962

    You can use any motor rated for around 12v that has a long enough shaft but if you need more power, they have worm gear motors you can use. Most of my motors are 12v to 24v and can be DC or AC. I use them for everything from the brushes to the drive motors for the gantry.

    I hate asking questions because It makes me feel annoying, but how do you make the top brush stay up then come down? 2:do you use ultrasonic mapping for the movement of the brushes?

  • @jrwash1962

    @jrwash1962

    3 ай бұрын

    It’s not annoying at all. Since the photoeyes were not yet added to this wash, the top brush was remote control as were the wash arms. This wash is capable of being programmed with the right equipment but the rest of the sensors were not yet installed.
