New law to Recall of MLAs and MPs should be introduced in parliament and removed these criminals, corrupt, drug connected, etc.

The candidature of any MP-MLA changing party (after getting elected by the citizens of India) should be made null & void with immediate effect and should be banned from contesting elections for lifetime.

Then how can you call this a democracy? Democracy people are represented by their leaders. If we bind a MP or MLA to a party which they belong, then my friend they are not free.

It is very important that MP's and MLA's being elected on a particular party symbol abandons the party & joins the ruling party mid-term for any reason. He must resign his seat and seek re-election once again from his constituency ...

Election Commission is not a worth department to review the candidates worthiness, credibility, or take action with recall or cancellation of their future elections. Useless department wasting taxpayers money, corrupt, biased and involved with political parties.
