Suppose my college fee including transportation and stuff is 7lac, so should i take only 7lac , or can i take 7.5l and ask them to disburse only 7

Educational loan is given based on your parents! If they don't have a salary slip or form 16 then you won't get a loan. How come you are independent lol

Visit to ur near by sbi branch with admission letter or offer letter and check is ur collage is tie up with bank , as they have list of colleges they are tie up with . And submit papers such as adhar pan with admission letter . And after checking ur cibil score and collage identity they will let u know further details.
