Sb19 is our "pahinga" / rest and I wanted to think that we gave them their freedom.

Freedom is like their song of liberation (from their old company and the constrained situation they had back then). It clinches their Gento (struggles to strike the motherlode AKA success), their Crimzone (more struggles including against the naysayers, into which they poured blood, sweat, and tears), their Ilaw (more struggles, including getting burnt out from all the demands of the hustle in the struggle), and Liham (their song for A’tin, their anchor, the wind beneath their wings, throughout their struggles). Freedom bespeaks of the strengthening they gained throughout all the struggles, thanks to A’tin.

@@KayseReactsPop p.s. this album is the 2nd EP for a trilogy..Pablo said in an interview that they’ll be releasing 3 EP namely PAGSIBOL, PAGTATAG & SIMULA AT WAKAS.. PAGSIBOL EP (6 songs) - the symbol is ? because it asks the question “Who is SB19?”..so it’s like introducing themselves and letting people know that they exist..thus the album name Pagsibol which means “the sprouting”..that’s why the title track is WHAT..they’re introducing themselves..something new..something fresh..🌱 PAGTATAG EP (6 songs) - the symbol is ! because it proclaims the answer to the question “who is SB19?”..so it’s an exclamation point saying “THIS IS SB19!!!”..this is them, this is who they are..also explains why the title track is GENTO which means “like this” and “gold”..just like sayin, SB19 is like this/ SB19 is GOLD..it’s like answering PAGSIBOL EP..”WHAT” is SB19?..the answer is “GENTO”..like saying, “we’re like this”..showing how artistic and classy they can be with a sexy song like I WANT YOU..their journey that required the shedding of blood, sweat and tears in the Zone (CRIMZONE)..showing that they are also humans, they can be very vulnerable too and just all of us..they get tired and needed a break (ILAW) from time to time..and the other songs too..LIHAM that shows a very deep and timeless and raw and pure kind of love..they can love this much..and closing it with FREEDOM where they expressed their utmost gratitude to everyone who supported and loved them and stayed with them..thus the album name PAGTATAG which means “the establishing or strengthening”..it’s the growth of the sprout is PAGSIBOL and becoming more rooted and grounded..just like the PAGTATAG trailer where the sprout grew into a gigantic golden tree..means, you cannot easily uproot them because now, they are no longer just a sprout but a strong and beautiful tree.. SIMULA AT WAKAS EP (6 songs?) - the symbol is . because the album name means “the beginning & the end”..though don’t know much about it yet except for the symbol coz Pablo tweeted about it..we are assuming it’s 6 songs too because 6+6+6=18 (A’tin)..you know Pablo and his love for A’tin..so excited for it..they said since they are self managed, they might be releasing more in a faster pace so maybe at the end of this year or early next year is the release for this 3rd EP.. ..sorry I talked too much..just excited for SB19 and where this are all going..❤❤❤❤

Thank you for your RV. 😁👍 You're starting to get it. Their songs always have messages. Their goal is to inspire and uplift those who listen. Sometimes it takes more than one listen to get it. One day I found myself crying over one of their songs, Nyebe, after a week of listening to it. At first I didn't know why, but when I read the lyrics again, it just hit like a ton of bricks. That aha moment got me wanting to hit Pablo because of his crazy good ability to hide messages in plain sight. His lyricism is topnotch.
