When i moved to Ecuador, having to rehome all of my animal relatives was so damn hard. Luckily family took my chickens ducks, geese, and goats. A good friend took one of my dogs. Was harder to rehome my two 7 year old cats that were brothers and i refused to separate. I had friends who lived in town willing to take them, but like yours, they grew up mostly outside, (I had a pet door so the dogs and cats could go in and out- kind of essential in South Dakota winters). I didn't think they like living in town. Took several months but a friend had a friend with a small ranch who is Barn cat had just passed and gave them a home. Hardest for find the right home for was my part wolf LPD. That took a bit over 6 months. He'd never been off the property- because his job was to be there and protect things when I wasn't. And because of where I lived, the only other people he was familiar with were the men who delivered my propane and hay and one neighbor who occasionally babysit when I went to the city for a few days. I moved closer to a city while I was getting on my paperwork for my move done and while he obeyed me perfectly, i tried to hire two different dog trainers to help me socialize him. They refused. Luckily there was a nice dog park and the pet store and feed store both let me bring him in just to sit and observe people. At the dog park little dogs could come up and hump him and he wouldn't do a thing. But if another human started walking towards me he would just walk and sit in front of me and stare at them. Scared other humans though he slept with chickens and cats & never growled or bared his teeth. Took 2 months before he accepted a treat from the cashier at the feed store. Eventually a client at the equine therapy program where i was working and living temporarily, new a couple who did dog rescues in a just purchased a small farm. They fell in love with him. I made the 2 hour trip to their place every week with my dog to spend the day until he got comfortable with them, and finally started playing with their dog, cats and hanging with their chickens. When he started going to their barn to rest instead of staying by my feet I felt that at last he would be okay. Long story, but your having to re-home your cats just brought up all of those memories and i shed a couple of tears. I so understand how difficult that can be. Wishing you all the best.

Love the angle where you have the camera behind you and we can see the trail ahead. Would love, love, love a whole trail ride video from primarily that angle! Such an immersive experience. I haven't been able to go horse riding since I was quite young and I really miss it.

Have you ever used Vet Kem flea, tick and bot spray for horses, ponies, dogs,puppies, cats and kittens. You can spray it on a cotton ball to wipe their ears. Check it out and read about it. I used it for my horse and dogs.

i’m in washington state. we get 3-4 months of drought every year. but my county annilated me. chging my flood area from 0 to 1% it cost me 60, thousand and extreme emotional trauma. it’s all abt money and politics.

Probably would have been best to lock the cats up in a crate with food, water and litter box for about a week in their new barn. They need to get acclimated to their new place so they don't run away.

11:21 Funny you say this, my mare cost 30k to buy right now so we free lease her but the payment is she needs to be bred every year, we raise the baby for 4-6 months then they take it and train and sell it that’s how they make their money. This baby is SO well behaved I take her MOM out for trail rides and Hunter schooling’s (the baby is 3-4 months she’s ok to be left alone age wise) but she just sleeps until u bring her momma back she’s the best little baby ever

My horse hates wet food like this 😂she looks like a mess after she is done
