The 24-105’s separation was so good at the start of the video I thought you were standing in front of a green screen! You did an awesome job demonstrating the capabilities of the r6 mkii

To be pitch dark this is not as much noise as I would expect! Looks amazing! I cant wait to get the R6 Mark II. I currently have the 5D Mark IV.

Looks good and there is still that wobbling in the corners when using extra wide lens. I have the 35mm f/1.8. Have fun using the cameras. I’m planning to rent the R6 ii for vacation going to national parks in the U.S.A. :)

Did you mention the ISO level ?

This video is very helpful. I hope Canon will come out with a 20-70 lens.

Do you still have the RP? If so, can you do a similar low light test using the 35 mm 1.8?

Its pretty well balanced actually. The lens is 700g and the body is about 600g

Would have been cool to see a walking vlog test for the IBIS wobble at 16mm. 8:35 that nasty wobble shows up pretty hard in the top right corner, how bad is it when you’re actually walking?

Thanks! For the F4 and F2.8 pics and videos were at 25600 iso because i was shooting in aperture priority and to see how much noise there is. But i think if you shoot in manual mode, you can step down to 10000 iso should be no issues. Wheh shooting at F1.8, the pics and videos were at 8500 and 10000 iso. Similarly, i think you can step down to a lower iso as well. 😁

Using my r6 mark 2 with my 24-105mm f4 lastnight and didn’t really get much for shooting crescent moon over pacific.. it was epic moon but moving iso and stop down wide open , on af, didn’t capture much…. I’ll agree , city scape is great but that’s an easy one bc it’s a massive light source… but shooting a crescent moon right on the horizon in total darkness , it only grabbed the moons ocean reflection . It’s very blurry and and the black sky came out oddly gray and washed out

Wenig wirklich wichige Infos. Video interessiert mich wenig, vielmehr Dynamikumfang und hohe Iso bei mechanischem Verschluss in Vetbindung mit dem AF.

Did you shot in standard 8 bit profile or 10 bit log ?
