As per Dr Pramod Tripathi of freedom from diabetes one roti,one katori salad ,one katori Sabri and one katori Dal kana Hai.agar stomach full nahi hua to repeat all four.ghee two to three spoon Daly. This is balanced diet.

If you want to repeat menu to fill in your stomach..skip that 1 roti and consume rest 3..salad, sabji, & dal.

Bohot badhai aapko, aapne sugars maintain rakha hai. Koshish karte rahiye same maintain karne ki. Pairo k liye , Vit B12 ka test kariye, you can start on supplements. Normally vegetarian logo me B 12 kam hota hai and diabetes ki medicine Metformin se aur kami aati hai.

Yes at hba1c 5.5 ,you can enjoy desserts but in moderation and be sure to burn calories with good work out. Portion control - Workout - Reducing screen time for good sleep, for better lifestyle.

You can prefer, Moong upma or Jowar upma, moong cheelas for breakfast. Have a glass of buttermilk in midmorning. Lunch- grated salad as you are 72 yrs old may be dentures are weak. Dal, sabji and Ragi roti. Dinner - salad , dal and unpolished barnyard millet pulao. Keep monitoring your blood sugars. In between roasted almonds or peanuts.
Whole day means breakfast - lunch - dinner mein kitne gram rice lena chahiye sir Ji?

If you are a diabetes patient, control daily intake of cooked rice upto 100-150gm in lunch. Avoid rice at dinner as it will spike glucose and metabolism being in sleep mode fasting sugars will rise. Dont forget anti gravity exercise

@@drsixthgear Hello Sir Ji 🙏. I am not a diabetic patient but I wish/ want to maintain my daily/regular diet. I am 34, 5.7 height and 70kg. Could you please send me the per day diet at everyday menu with limit carbs by grams and all. But a month ago I had checked my Cholesterol and triglycerides and I got little bit higher than normal range. Like cholesterol is 210 and triglycerides is quite higher than normal range like 195. But a month of heavy exercises and yogas now lot of improvement seen. And I had leave totally all the oils, red meat.

Ideally you should think of calorie deficit meals of 300 calories less to be in ideal weight. 1400 -1500 calories intake for a day should be good enough, out of which 900 calories shoyld come from carbs, rest divide between proteins and fats. For high cholesterol and trigylcerides shift to cold pressed oils. We have seen remarkable results in triglycerides reduction in patients after shifting on cold pressed oils.

Stress is one of the factor for lifestyle disorders..as it causes raise in cortisol hormone causing metabolic disorder.

Don't rely on the fasting & post prandial blood reports for diagnosis. HbA1C is confirmatory. At 6.5 you can consider this as initial stage. Consult your dr and get fasting insulin blood test also.
