Nice to see the entire process, slabbing AND edging. A view from the Dog Cam is very nice from time to time.

Dog cam is like going to a ball game and your seat is behind a pillar, you can hear what’s going on, you just can’t see it.

This is one of my favorite channels! There is something meditative and therapeutic about watching logs turned by chewy and then getting cut slice by slice. I love that you're experimenting with new camera angles. The dog cam provides an interesting view, but I find that it makes me a bit seasick, although the view of the cab and the boys from that side is appreciated.

nice log... beautiful red oak. please don't use the 'doggie cam' regularly. you can't see the saw cutting and the boards falling down. that's a big reason i watch your channel, seeing the boards come off the saw. also happy mothers day to you all.

Short footage from the Dog Cam is great, don't make it long clips from that angle tho. Could also try a cam angle from the back of the buzz saw looking towards the cab.

Like the dog cam! Variety is appreciated.

I like seeing it from your view. So I can see the boards getting cut by the saw blade. Edit: I read the other comments. I didn’t realize you could extend only the top dogs and leave the bottom dogs retracted.

Use the dog cam much less. It is often just a static shot of one of the dogs which hides the cuts being made. Variety of shots is good, but each should serve particular purpose and not interfere with the narrative of the cuts. I agree that its a beautiful red oak log!
