1) 1.3 lb (600 g) beef: Cut into chunks.
2) Frying oil: Heat in a pan.
3) Brown the beef: Fry on high heat until a crispy crust forms.
4) 2 large onions, chopped: Add to the pan and cook on low for 3-4 minutes.
5) Pepper: Add as desired.
6) 1 tsp coriander: Mix in.
7) 1 chopped pickle: Add to the mixture.
8) 1 tbsp tomato paste: Cook for 1 minute.
9) 1 1/4 cup (300 ml) beef stock: Pour in and mix well.
10) Simmer: Cover and cook on low for 30-120 minutes, depending on the meat's tenderness until it falls apart.
11) Season: Add salt and garlic (or garlic powder) at the end and cook for 1 minute.
12) Serve: Pair with mashed potatoes.
