People seem so offended by Kitten Lady's comments about the kids and are getting defensive about the kids. I just want to point something out; She never accused the children of intentionally harming the kitten. There were 7 young kids all wanting to play with the kitten. Developmentally, those kids do not know or understand how to care for the kitten properly. They saw the kitten as a toy, and likely were each individually holding her tightly to try to keep the other kids from their friend group from taking their "toy." This is normal childhood behavior, and Kitten Lady was just trying to save the kitten from being accidentally injured.

You're my hero! I do the same type of thing and my children are the same way. My son even got himself fired from a Security Guard job for climbing into a trash compactor in uniform in order to rescue a kitten some lowlife scum-sucker had thrown in there with the trash. Climbed out, got fired, said screw you, I'd do it again to save a baby! Then because he was fired, his ride still had 4 hours left on his shift, he walked home, 22 miles in the rain at 2:00am with the baby cat in his shirt and jacket next to his skin to stay warm. I was so proud of my son I didn't even get upset that he was unemployed. Our little trash kitty is now a rickety old lady cat, 21 and going strong. Just slower.

those children may not know how to be gentle with the kitten but I really appreciate them for taking it with them to show their friends, rather than to hurt it or anything like that. the fact that they were all so eager to feed it and watch it eat and let you go with it warms my heart

My only concern would be if they (unintentionally) separated the kitten from her family. Even if you see a kitten alone, the siblings and mother might be close by. But yes, it is a good thing they were not trying to hurt her!

tembikai yeah I really appreciated that. Where I live people are so horrible with animals. I once saw a kid trying to hit a cat and then his mum was like “get away from it it’s dirty” and she shooed it away. It makes me so angry and sad they treat animals so horribly

I remember in Turkey kids would hit dogs with stickson the streets, trap it, yell at it, leave it no way to escape, and I just couldn't do anything but watch, horrified. They do the same with cats. I think that time my father went and yelled at the children (causing tnem to leave the poor animal alone) cause I was so distressed, but I for some reason think I don't remember that correctly.

I, as a 15 year old girl, have had many instances where I've had to intervene when small kids had kittens and their parents didn't care how they treated the kitten. Picking them up by there necks, packing them around like a limp wet rag, etc. Long story short I've never been a fan of kids, and this reinforces that.

The kid in my village made this bottle flip challenge but with the kitten instead. Then my little sister hit him and protected the kitten but he continued to torture the poor kitten. At the end the kitten died. Later my sister ran to my grandmother to tell her what happened and my grandmother got so angry at them because even if they are kids they can't just get away with anything.

Im from Peru. And I’m so glad you took your time to try to help one of the kittens. If you went down to Lima, you’d see that in some of the parks, kittens and cats are littered everywhere, with no one to feed them or anything. There are dogs on the streets walking around with broken limbs. I’ve always tried to spread the word around but it never worked. Thank you though, for being a good person and helping at least one of the animals.

I love how the children are so intent on helping the kitten. I know they were handing the kitten around, but I think it was out of love/fascination and not knowing that's probably not something they should be doing. That's so sweet though. I'm glad you were able to save the kitten and teach the kids in the process to be gentle with baby kitties.

When I moved from Korea to Germany (US Army), I started the paperwork for my cat Oreo 5 months out and I still had to take extra vacation in Korea because of how long he had to have had his rabies vaccine and blood work with rabies antibodies back before he could go into the EU. Then I had to still get his health certificate within 48 (?!?!) hours of flying. It was an absolute mess. LOL I'm stoked that she was able to just grab this kitten up and fly on nearly the same day, but I'm also like - what the hell man - to the EU and Korea processes.

I cannot get over the fact that Andrew called pan flute music "Renaissance music"

She was already getting more of a tummy before she even left Peru! She was making up for lost time eating and sleeping, poor thing!

Back when my parents had just married they decided to go to Mexico for their honeymoon, back at the time my mom was pregnant with my older sister. Since my mom was pregnant she could not go scuba diving with my dad. So she went on a walk, on her walk she found a puppy. She spent the whole day with the dog! By the end of the day she had fallen in love with the dog! It was about a week until they had to leave, so she started filling out paperwork so that she could bring the dog home! Two weeks later the dog came home, and my mom said, " Boy was he excited to see me!" Now we have had him for 13 years and his name is Jasper!

This beautiful story actually brought tears to my eyes, what a lucky kitten and thankyou for all you have done for her😚

I love how the Kitten Lady's ears are tuned to hear a kittens cry over all the other noises. Her eyes are tuned to see a small kitten in a boys arms and she is always prepared to whip out a bag of kitten food to feed the hungry.

My wife and I had to figure out a similar situation with our two rescues from Turkmenistan, but we are airliners and had a whole bunch of backup from at least 12 others, Ashgabat locals and Lufthansa staff, that helped organise all the necessary documents and permits to get "Ashga" the mum and her kitten to Germany. And it took ages. Respect that you guys pulled it of in such a short time with such limited resources!! Well done

Ya know you can think every thing you want, but she actualy is a profesionnal lady who saved more than 10 cats in her life you know. And she could'nt just leave the kitten like that.Coincidence happens in life so you know, even if it would be fate, she would'nt leave the kitten like that. You must be a channel hater because she actually only talk about cats.Please dont care about the look of the vid and not the kitten ps- i checked out your channel. ik you must care about your cat like that lady did to all the cats. And please dont reply on that kind of thing please. I think i said too much. Sorry, it's just i love cats and dogs and almost every thing that has paws. That's why my channel is named like that! Those poor kids had no idea how to treat a cat let alone a kitten but they were so excited. They had no idea they were hurting/scaring her :(

What an amazing amazing adventure. That little kitten was MEANT to be saved by you! What a transformation from starving kitten just trying to survive to a lovable, content and playful little kitten. I actually cried a bit once the video got to the part where you all got home.

I think my heart and soul want to thank you. Our heroes.

Hardly a shocker. I've run across so many feral kittens and get asked in so many odd places to take in a cat or a dog that I just keep a cat carrier and some food in the car.

They were being rough, but not intentionally. They're kids, they simply didn't know any better and got overly excited about a cute, baby animal, without having the ability to really think about how scared she might be, or that she needed particular care.

This was such a white knuckle experience - from the children squeezing her, passing her around by the neck, Munay being so terrified of her horrifying rough treatment to not knowing at which point of the trip problems of "NO!" being said by the Authorities !! But, Phew!! All went well & the baby Munay was a healthy baby, got rid of the anemia causing fleas, got a nice spa, & most especially FOOD & WATER, & of course, her shots. She is so beautiful !! I especially loved the picture of her enjoying her toy mousie!! Thank you so much for saving her life !!💖💞💖

I cried when gorgeous Munay reached Washington DC's airport. Yeah going through the procedures of bringing pets across the country is different from 1 country 1 airline to another. Munay is so lucky that the rules aren't as strict as other countries. Some must be quarantined for many days upon arrival at destination country. Munay girl is so lucky to meet angels like Kitten Lady and Andrew.

I bought a Chihuahua mix from the Dominican Republic back to the stage 5 years ago his name is cujo honestly it was easier getting him out to the states then it was bringing him back to the Dominican Republic plus we came close to possibly having to leave him there because of Corona honestly I would have stayed behind with a little guy

Every one of your videos make me cry. it was you and these videos I came across a year ago that inspired me to get involved with the TNR programs here in FL. Since then, my whole life is wrapped around feedings, getting appointments,trapping, adopting out. I've learned to make both practice and drop traps.inthankvtoubftom the bottom to the top of my whole bring for what you do.bincontinially watch and learn and am able to identify what age s kitten is, from your videos that taught me.
