Fishbee, I don't think that the regular S9 is worth THAT much more money. I definitely think the FE is more appropriately priced. The FE is a pretty good value for the money. $699 would be a better fit for the regular S9. $799 is just a bit much. I would assume that the reason that the FE pen is appearing to be charging, is that it senses the magnet activity.

depends what you are looking for but yes, the FE is plenty for most people. Probably lacking a little if you're a tech nerd but with black friday sales coming, it will make choices even sweeter.

its a perfect price difference actually. U god amoled, 120hz, better battery by 2h, at least 2x faster cpu etc etc etc.I love the price for S9 Just for a lil top up you get so much more

Depends what u want really, got my s9 fetoday actually, after alot ot f testing it performs much better than I thought it would. My own phone being s23 it is ofcourse slower by alot but besides thatit runs everything just fine

Going to wait for the Black Friday/ Cyber Monday deals on these 2, if it's only $100 or $150 different, I will get this S9 for the better display battery life and refresh rate

I just purchased the Samsung S9 FE . been a samsung user for a long time and the display is good! I use it for watching movies. I originally just wanted a9 or a9 plus but I got a lot of freebies for the s9 FE so it is a win

hey, how about usb-c functionalities ? can we use both as thunderbolt connection for dual screen ? I saw in some reviews that fe one doesn't offer it.

On my FE now and think it's great.

the price gap is even bigger in my country. 840€ for the s9 and 460€ for the fe...almost half the price. so i'll be getting the fe.

One major difference not mentioned is the with S9 FE you cannot do video sharing whereas S9 can.

That price gap is insane, im still happy with my regular tab s9 though. I got it since release date but if the Tab S9 FE was released with the tab s9 I probably would've chosen the FE instead Only thing lacking with the FE is the amoled display and video out capability

I just got the fe, haven't even opened it yet, (waiting on my case/screen protector/etc) i want to buy some pen accessories (silicone cover, tips, etc) but, for example, everywhere i look it says things like:: "compatible with tab s7, s8, s9, s9ultra, ..." Etc etc.. but, none mention the s9 fe. (?) Do the s9 & s9fe have the same pen? If i buy pen accessories labeled "for the tab s9" will those pen accessories be compatible with the tab s9 fe pen? Thank you!

hello, I have s9 fe & all accessories for S9 fits: - same pen's - same screen protector - but! some covers can be little smoller, so you'll need fit it harder, & If you use originall cases for s9 on s9 fe it will be hard to use fingerprint

Fe is always a version for those samsung fans who keep changing phones every year... But if you consider having tab more practical to use and if you wanna enjoy the usage s9 or flagship devices are always better sepnding that 30% extra money..... Just like how you pay less You need to compromise on so many things in fe models... !!

Hey FishBee, thanks for your vid! I’m seeking a tablet to watch lecture videos, read books, take notes, web surfing and some light gaming on Roblox. I can buy Samsung Galaxy Tab S9FE for $340 USD or Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 for $560 USD. I expect to keep this tablet around 3 years, will likely trade up after that. I don’t want it slowing down on me in that period of time. As I’ll be looking at the screen for long periods of time, I want to reduce eye strain/damage to eyesight. I need spill protection as I’m a klutz 😂. Which tablet do you recommend for me?

I have the galaxy s7 FE, the pen has been destroyed.. so I contacted Samsung. The pens are pretty expensive to replace.. Samsung offered me a deal for the old tablet, a trade in. The s9 would cost 149$ with the trade in of an S7 FE. My tablet is getting older now, and I think it is time to do something like this.. would you say it's the correct choice?

i bough already the s9 FE and tbh i think there isnt such a huge difference between s9 and s9fe. Even tho it works good and i like it. So its maybe smart to buy the s9FE.

i'll probably have to compare them closer but it would be pretty close in my opinion, slight edge for samsung with s pen included but the oneplus stylo is pretty nice

The S9 was a great price with a promotion. I like the display.

It's insane that how close the price of the s9fe is to oneplus pad Oneplus pad literally destroys S9FE It's almost as if you're paying that much just for the Spen😂
