That flywheel has seen better days 🙈
A big pat on the back for doing all that in a small family garage. You must be proud
Well done for taking that on using stands , that flywheel looked done really heat soaked would have changed that too
Fair shout. But you should of replaced the dual mass flywheel at the same time as it will be as worn as the clutch plus the clutch plate surface has been well overheated. My advice would be to take the transfer box off from the start. Just some advice for the future 👍🏻
I’m really glad you’ve managed to get some more content from this little car. It’s the reason I found your channel in the first place, and still to this day it’s the most comprehensive series of crash damage repair videos for an Audi S1 anywhere on the internet. Full props to you for taking on so many challenges in a cold & tiny space with the minimum of equipment. You’ve definitely inspired me to tackle much bigger challenges that I’ve previously thought were too difficult with my projects, and when I feel like things are tough, I remind myself of what you’ve achieved in some adverse situations & conditions.
That was an epic task to undertake, especially on axel stands in a cramped garage! Well done you.
Just reaffirmed why I would never buy another Audi, well done getting through it
Great achievement doing it in a lockup on your own well done .
I’m lost for words. Amazing achievement.
I'm so chuffed for you! You really deserve a break with this project. I'm sure you have learned a lot doing this car, I have but I'll still only be confident fixing my Morris Traveller. Thanks for sharing and best regards from Ireland.
Well done bud. I’m impressed that you’ve manage to do that on axle stands and in the garage!! I’d have to have muted the volume if I had done it as the language would have been horrific 😂
Not that long ago replaced clutch on car, outside driveway...(£70) . Try doing it when you get past 60.... Even better 😊🇬🇧👍
That's a great job working on the floor 👏🏻 👍 🏴
Well done You were as green as grass when you started the channel BUT now you are not to fazed by anything & it shows as your channel subscriber growth shows
Amazing job mate. Loved the frightened look on your face. Would pay to see that again lol.
Well done that is one of the hardest jobs you can do on an AUDI 🤙👍
This Audi has been a millstone around your neck. Be glad for you once it is finished and sold.
Fair play to you mate, think how proud you will feel after completing a major job, especially on an Audi
I waited until both parts of this video were out and then binged them both! What an absolute achievement in a small garage! Top work!
This time next year you will be the next Mat Armstrong boyo! 👍

Magnificent effort and outcome - really really well done, and hope you use the excuse of ‘taking her for a shake-down’ test to have a right good “hoon” and leave a smile on your face for months ! Keep ‘em comin’! JCHK (Told you you were in love with the Makita 😉)

Well done to you. You have done a great job You should be so chuffed with your self Well done keep up the great work
Well done that man as for the clutch being at the bottom of the stroke of the pedal that is correct but will do no harm to bleed the clutch again you should have no problem selling such a well sorted car waiting for the next episode well done!
Well done sir that was a big job, I would have done flywheel as well
Well done brother
nice one mate, did my first clutch recently (off axle stands) Yeah bits of it are a chew but the sense of achievement and money saved makes it so worth it!
Nice one mate, absolutely awesome job given the space available. Used to do street and lock up spannering when I was younger so props to you taking on that job in a lock up! Only suggestion would be get those bolts out the front driveshafts and give them a fresh application of thread locker. They are notorious for backing out after being loosened and then the half moon shape metal washers smash off the box and act like a lathe.
well done mate
Nice 1 mate
All I can say is, a big well done
Loved my Audi 80 TDI Hate all these fancy new car's, Old School for me..😘
Hat off to you, that was a great watch.

I’m glad you enjoyed, because I didn’t enjoy doing it lol 😂
That was a big job, i was even tired watching. I would have skimmed the flywheel but hey ho. When it was done i had a cup of tea & blueberry muffin to celebrate 😀

Well done buddy great job da iawn
Congrats well done you deserve to use it for a bit make sure you clean up the exhaust tips before installing it back on the car
Well done but I will say be careful with the impact gun as thay are very powerful and can easily overtighten bolts n nuts
well done
Great job! I would be bouncing off the walls
Nice job. What impact driver did you get?
Definitely should have changed that flywheel!
