Excellent video

No Jay FASS stops when it gets water that one will let your engine blow! Believe me you won’t know you got a big shot of water and when you find out the engine is shot. How much dollars saved then??

Well, maybe I’ve been blessed with good fuel. I have not had any issues so far. Also, I still have the original fuel filter on the engine too. Last time I changed it, it still looked brand new. I’m just a guy that works on his own vehicles. Do what you feel comfortable with for your own vehicles. There are many brands of filter that work well and FASS is very good, but so are CAT, Donaldson, and many others. The point of this video was to show that you have options if you want to look around and maybe save a bit of money. Especially if you drive a lot and therefore have to change filters often.

One questioned, why did you choose FASS over the others

My decision to go with the FASS was mostly a matter of opinion. I know a lot of people run the AirDog systems and are happy with them. I think the price is relatively the same, but the FASS filters are larger so I thought it would have better filtration. Also, I had to replace the lift pump when I bought my truck and the local performance shop here carries the FASS systems
