Had to covert to want we use here in America. I used brown rice and it came out great.

I am afraid of vampires so I cannot cook a meal without Garlic. I added Red Peppers,as well. I finished in a pressure cooker instead of simmering because I am lazy. Turned out fantastic. Thanks again for another great dish.

Just one thing (atm my Stew is on the oven so more for the next time) - you do not touch it for 1hour (so no mixing up or stuff like that?)?
Any non alcoholic liquid to use instead of beer? I really really realy wanna make this meal
Great recipe. I have relatives cooking over this Saturday. I think I'll make this for lunch! Thanks for sharing. BTW I just do not have any Greek extra Virgin olive oil. Italian or Portuguese will do? ;-)

Guinness would be great for this dish.
What sausage are you using they look firmer than English sausages
very good recipe. :D I replaced the bay leaves with Labrador tea and I added some dunes peppers plus mirica seeds. I also infused the basmati rive with thym. The combination was awesome. 🤘

Naveen Akalankla Sahabandu you can add flour to the frying meat to make a small rue and slowly add the any kind of stock ie. chicken or beef

I probably would have diced up the onions really fine and fried them off while roasting the sausage and pork in the oven... simply because I cannot stand the texture of most veggies XD

Works fine as well! But just saying, if veggies are simmering for 1 hour or more, they become very soft and give you a totally different texture experience. If you haven't yet, that's the way to learn to appreciate veggies texture :)
He hasn't said extra virgin extra greek olive oil in quite some time now ;).
Alternatives to the dark beer/wine?Plain water would work? Great job though!
