When you said "it removes 30-40% of the wood" I said "prolly closer to 30" then you said the exact same thing. You have taught me well.

I'm not a super long time viewer, but I've gone back and watched a lot of older stuff and can I just say the quality of not just your lure making, but your video editing and filmmaking has made a notable climb in the past 10 or so episodes. They were fantastic before don't get me wrong but now they just seem like there is a crew of people making them not just one guy.

Also, I think in an older video you wondered if anyone else was carving baits with you while watching your videos and, yes. You're like Bob Ross dude. I'm sitting in a college dorm room trying to carve a largemouth out of a chunk of 2x4 because of you.

I love watching your techniques evolve. New gill carving approach, drilling eye holes before carving... then, right when I'm expecting "superglueandbakingsoda" you revert to 5 minute epoxy with micro-bubbles but give an insightful explanation. Learning is fun. Thanks! Also, Finn in the snow was awesome!

Hey Marling, try tapping your lead holes. The threading in combination with super glue should keep the lead from wanting to fall out. Make sure to add the super glue first to the threads. This should reinforce the threading and keep them from burning out when the lead is poured in.

More mass in the front of a streamlined object will increase stability and will overcome the drag of the larger head. Also having more of a teardrop shape has less drag in water, like a submarine. Awesome work man
