Hank is very much accustomed to dominating the room and being in control of any situation, social or otherwise, that he finds himself in - very much a 'macho man'. He loses his cool quickly when someone else gets the upper hand or when he's unable to assert himself, which we see writ large when he's injured and is forced to rely on others while his legs heal. It's solid, consistent character writing.

B.B. is an amazing show. You find yourself rooting for 99 % of the characters at some point even the criminals . You feel Hanks frustration but also relish Sauls swarmy competece and Mikes cool demeanor

I'm surprised nobody mentiones the writers' brilliancy of Saul saying that he'd filed a restriction order against the DEA, which conveys the symbol that from now on, it will be much more difficult for Hank and Gomez to investigate Mike. Them being at the DEA office also adds to the directing genius of showing that this scene is important from both legal and investigative angles. A final subtlety is that they are all wearing professional clothes, which means they are all doing their work, but it also hints to us that without clothes, they might have gotten cold, plus it would not have been socially acceptable to be naked in public. Subtle details like these make this one of the deepest shows in television history.
