Sharing the recipe of Sattu Paratha today. It is my Mother’s special recipe!
Mother’s cooking is always full of love, gives a sense of absolute comfort and is prepared according to the taste of the family. To me, my mumma will always the best cook in the world.
Here’s my mumma’s special recipe and I dedicate this to her on Mother’s Day - Sattu Paratha recipe, which has always been my go-to comfort food!
Sattu paratha is a paratha stuffed with sattu- roasted chana flour. To this is added the masala of stuffed red chilli pickle for an excellent flavour. Sattu paratha is rich in protein and dietary fibre plus. It is good to have sattu in summers as it many benefits. Sattu helps fight digestion-related issues like flatulence, constipation and acidity, inflammation, and indigestion too.
Sattu paratha makes for an excellent Breakfast Recipe and can be had for Lunch and Dinner as well. Serve it with Yoghurt and pickle of choice for an excellent meal!

Sattu Paratha
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes:
Serves: 2-3
Ingredients:
For stuffing:
2 cups roasted chana
5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 onions, medium-sized, finely chopped
1 inch ginger, finely chopped
3 green chillies, finely chopped
2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
2 tsp lime juice
2 tbsp filling of red chili pickle
salt to taste
2 tbsp mustard oil
Oil to fry
For dough:
2 cups wheat flour
2 tsp ghee
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ajwain
Method:
Grind the roasted chana in the grinder to make sattu.
Mix all the stuffing ingredients with sattu, add 1 to 2 tsp water to make the stuffing moist and easy to fill.
For atta dough:
Knead wheat flour, 1/2 tsp ajwain, ghee and salt, adding the required amount of water to make a soft dough.
For making sattu paratha:
Divide the dough into small portions.
Place approx 2 tbsp in the middle, enfold the filling and pinch off the excess dough.
Then, roll out the paratha.
Cook on hot tawa or flat pan, applying oil/ghee till both sides are cooked and golden brown in colour.
Serve hot with chutney or curd.

    #mumma_ki_recipe My recipe is: Anjali Cabbage Kheer First take a cabbage and slice across the length of the cabbage in thin strips. Then blanch it. Strain water from the cabbage completely. Take a Kadhai and put ghee on it. Add the cabbage and stir. Then pour milk. Let the cabbage boil in the milk. Add sugar or condensed milk. Stir occasionally till the milk thickens like rabdi. When the milk is thickened, add dry fruits, green cardamom powder. Sprinkle some rose water. Put the kheer in fridge and serve cold and delicious Anjali Cabbage Kheer 😊

    #Shewli ke kachhe mango sharbat #mumma ki recipe Take 2-3 green mango and cut into pieces and take a pan and put 2 table spoon mustard oil and 1 table spoon mustard seeds , stir few seconds and add cut geen mango ,stir few minutes 2-3 and add water 500 ml and boil it and add batasa according to your taste and give boil it and cool it and with the help of chani take the juice in a glass and server it with ice cube in a hot summer,it gives freshness to mind and body and add pinch of black salt in it at time of cooking.

    मेरी माँ की रेसिपी, कैरीची डाळ, खट्टी कैरी ,भिगोटी हुई चना दाल, हरी मिर्च,जीरा,हिंग ऑर,नमक, तेल . ख ट्टी कैरी की कदु कस कर लो,जितनी कैरी है उससे double भिगायी हुइ चना दाल ले नी है फूड प्रोसेसर से हरी मीर्च,कैरी ,ऑर दाल बिना पानी के मिक्सर से निकालनी है.fine पिसना नही है.फिर हिंग,हळदी ऑर जीरा का झोंक लगाना है... बस अनघा की कैरी की दाल तय्यार है.
