I’ll try and get out this weekend if anything interesting is happening. Thanks for watching! It was a short one. I think one of the oldest I saw was 150 years old but there may have been older ones that didn’t post their age.

Satsuki bonzai are astounding. Thanks for sharing. We visited a commercial bonzai nursery in Ikeda. Lots of fun. Call it the plant torture center. 😂 I’ll see if I can dig up the name and location.

Great to see you here DAVE. Such an interesting hobby and expensive. I wonder if people leave these trees in a will for others. I don’t think I’ve got the patience for this hobby or skill. Are you going to give it a go?

Hi, Di. I wonder what they do with them. I think they either sell them off to other hobbyists or keep it in the family if there is anyone that’s interested. I tried a few but they all died on me. Don’t have the patience, skill or luck for it but they were beautiful while they lasted.
