Do you put on overalls every time you need to use a screwdriver? It was a simple job, work clothes aren't always necessary.

you have had this chateau for 12 years and you have never had the garden up at full run or the greenhouse repaired. They have made it a pretty shed and not a functional greenhouse. Canning up strawberries, raspberries, blueberries ect, These people are to lazy to really get this chateau up and running properly and making a profit. All their videos are all about "oh look at us aren't we having fun"

Stephanie admits that she doesn't have a green thumb. Her mother, Isabelle is the gardener of the family and she wasn't living there fulltime. (She has an apartment in England still and has remarried to a gentleman from South Africa, so she was supposed to spend her winters there.) The other two owners of the chateau also do not live there fulltime. They had to gut and redo the electrical system, they had to drill new wells and replumb the chateau. Oh and they also had to replace the septic tanks. Things are progressing now that she has a strong patreon base, donating money to help her with more of the major projects. She would have finally made a profit on the B&B this year, except for the pandemic that totally killed all the reservations.

Do you think you can just buy a chateau in mint condition, ready to be used and host people the second you walk through the door? She's added heating, electricity, plumbing, replaced load bearing beams, dealt with dry rot, literally almost had the roof collapse on her while she was sleeping. A lot of that work is invisible but absolutely essential and necessary, on top of that she has 50 rooms to restore, she's not made of money but she does a lot with what she manages to scrape up. And that is a functional greenhouse, who does anything food related in their greenhouse, that's really unsanitary.
