Thanks for the review and it helps people to make their purchase decisions. Is there a noticeable difference in terms of sizes? I have the grove made keyboard tray for pre 2021 keyboard. I was thinking of purchasing this keyboard hope it fits.

Nope, no difference in size.

Oh man, I just bought it. It should arrive by tomorrow. I'll be testing that flaw you mentioned. Did this problem happens while in Bluetooth and Wired? O just Bluetooth?

I had no problems typing. I'll mention few things anyway. I use it mostly wired and for that you have to switch it on, yeah I swear 🙃. The problem was that the on/off switch is so cheap and fragile it breaks, so I had to literally peal the aluminum to fix the F switch. Other thing, it is made with Apple in mind, so for Linux (my case) keys are fckup but usable. I'll give it 8/10. Anyway, I moved to the Dell KM7120W @@olumidearaba2574

The funny thing is, the Huawei Ultrathin Keyboard (that looks a LOT like the Satechi Slim X1) also has this problem but ONLY when plugged in via USB-C and ONLY when when connected to a Mac.

To clarify, does it only happen if it is connected to a Mac through USB-C? Or it happens to Bluetooth connectected to Mac also?

It should, been told more legit copies with no issues are being sold as we speak, at that time, I was unlucky to get the bad apples.

Apple keyboard 2 has no way to check battery levels on iPads or on keyboard. I search for a work around and apparently no one else has

Sorry to hear that, feel free to return asap, I did return 2 units and gave up, it is a hit or miss, some people have had good experiences though, getting good units and I am not one of those.

@@HakimZziwaTips Could it be the text editor software the problem?, some prediction on the words? Did you try it with another computer? I'm typing right now with it. So far no problems. It's a big flaw, I expect not to have it in mine.

5:30 I dare to say thats an OS bug, my mb air used to do that a lot. they fixed it a while back.
