hey sean! i found your channel thru this video and it was really helpful, cheers. when is the {slim x1, mx keys mini} comparison coming m8?? while watching other videos of yours i think i read a comment where u said its on the works(?) i think it would be a great video coz these 2 r pretty much the only backlit tenkeyless wireless keyboards out there. from my little personal research it seems like mx keys has a considerably better battery life (both with the backlight turned on) but idk. last thing, u got a very calming aura and are very str8 to the point, i hope u make it big man. good luck!

Thanks for your thoughtful comment. I really appreciate it. Regarding the video, look for it in the next week or 2. Work/School has me pressed for time. I also had a wedding to film so it's been busy. Luckily that means I have been using the keyboard for a while now (the MX Keys mini). I'm mostly happy with it. It's definitely the one I'm sticking with for now. But I do have some things that didn't make the wish list.

You could add Velcro to the pads so you can swap them, though it would probably cause o soft wobble which is not preferred

Gonna try this keyboard out. Couldn’t deal with the MX Keys Mini backlight timing out every 5 seconds, that’s just too fast. My setup casts a shadow over the keyboard, and apparently Mac external keyboards with a backlight aren’t the most common thing

I love how she tests the keyboard, and actually able to tell which is apple magic keyboard.

I just saw that a couple of days ago. I will be picking one up soon. I really enjoyed the keys more on the MX for longer periods of time. I'll post a review of MX mini as soon as I have it and get a chance to work with it for a week or so.

Who needs app control?!? Like really, it's a waste of memory. CMD space and type first letters, so much faster!
