True. H.A.L.T If you're Hungry, Angry , Lonely and/or Tired, you're vulnerable. Anger is the easiest ground for the enemy to rake up. You're aggravated over something so you aren't rational. So the enemy can sneak ideas in. It becomes a very unsavory stew that will poison you. Trust me, I've been down that road so many times, I've worn a groove in the road.

I’m so sad to find out he passed. I just discovered his videos recently. I was so happy to have found a pastor that has so much wisdom and delivers the word so well. :(

Notes that encouraged me greatly from this sermon: 1) The devil is alive and a liar 2) Satan will distract us with wants and desires-this is the gateway. We’ll never have “enough” things 3) Satan chooses his timing to attack during our vulnerable times (hungry, angry, lonely or tired) “HALT” and recognize the attack 4) Satan will try to create doubt to the point we rationalize our sin (even using scripture out of context to develop a stronghold). 5) “thou shalt not’s” not “thou should nots”-It is a black and white interpretation of scripture, the 10 commandments are for our protection and benefit, it is not withholding. 6) have passages stored in your heart to serve as a compass in your life 7) The Word is not outdated. It brings harmony, truth, peace, and faith. 8) Happiness comes and goes, the fruit of the Spirit stays. 9) Doubting the Word of God will lead to sin, every time. We cannot pick and chose, even if we can’t fully explain things. 10) What principles are we living by? What ideas? What motivations? If it is not The Word of God, it is meaningless. 11) What will we die by? We will have to answer to The Judge. Will we believe in the Word of God enough to live it out Praise God!

Most churches don't even mention Satan anymore. This is an important sermon!!!

Never forget you have an eternal enemy.. This life in Christ is war and for all our life. This war doesn't end until he's sent to the lake of fire. Until then, he's doing everything to hurt us. Never let your guard down! Get into the Word and build your faith! The Word is your shield and sword!! Hear as much of the word as you can! It's your armor and ammunition!

Praying for you. Yes, so so many of us are weary and tired. And, yes, our enemy Satan, knows just when to try and torment us, when we are weak. Im learning, God is ultimately fighting my battles. But He wants us to do our part too. To put on the Full Armor of God, as Paul tells us in the word of God. We have to protect ourselves.. put on the helmet of Salvation, to protect our mind. And all the other Armor. Much love and prayers.

This has been my personal experience. The devil gained a stronghold in my life by causing me to doubt the Lord’s Word. I am so grateful that in the Lord’s mercy, He led me to repent of this terrible sin. “Your Word is Truth”~John 17:17

I believe I'm under attract everday. I pray every morning before I start my day. I'm tired, everyday. I care for my 85 year old mother, who has dementia. She's up every half hour all night, to use the bathroom. As hard as I try, I get frustrated. Please keep me in prayer.

I understand how you feel. I suffer from pain from and injury and chronic health issues while trying to take care of my two kids and husband and house etc. I'm always tired and Satan attacked me every day and won. I am trying to learn how to access the fruits of God's spirit which include joy, peace, kindness, faithfulness, patience and self control so I can be happy and pleasant, no matter what the circumstances are. I'm learning how to praise God in my suffering. Slowly my attitude is changing for the better. It all starts with the mind. I listen to sermons like this with earbuds while I'm working when I feel particularly horrible and count through all the blessing I have. I'm praying for you as I work with patients with dementia in a nursing home and know how challenging it can be.

I’m so grateful for this word. The enemy has spent the whole day trying to keep me from listening to it but thank the Lord that he failed because I learned a great lesson. I’ve been receiving so many blessing and protection but I’ve been focusing on what I don’t have. I pray that from this day forth I may change that attitude and not listen to Satan’s voice but rather God’s promises! 🙏

While at my friends house this evening Satan started to steal my joy. Making me think my life is less than my friends. I have been through so much this year. A broken heart, gave up my home and almost everything in it go get married and then again it didn't work out, had eye surgery then very recently ACL and meniscus surgery. Through all that I have kept my joy praising him in the valley, but tonight Satan almost had me believing the lies he was putting in my mind. I came home and realized I needed a sermon and Charles Stanley has always been there to help keep my path straight. I have grown so much thanks to Pastor Stanley. I also pray he is with us for many years to come.

Rest In Peace 💐 . Such a great preacher he was!

God is so real and He presented this message to me at just the right time! I never realized how much the Devil talks to me, and this message has made me wiser. Thank you, Dr.Stanley for preaching God's word and for saving the world one sermon at a time.

The "feeling and appearing lost" resonates. Every 4-5 years I abandon myself and my total faith and trust in Jesus and it wreaks havoc to the point of suicidal ideation. I am very vulnerable. So, I need to be more diligent and accountable. I am more than grateful for Jesus' continuing to woo me back to Him and His Family.

Dear beloved sister may you always know that the forces of evil is defeated no matter what by the forces of righteousness because good will always conquer evil forever. Why do people or and species give that much credit, entertain and /or attention to such a defeated powerless energy/vibration? We have given all power over such nonsense that unfortunately nieve beings waste time with! The most important thing we must understand is that nothing can or will separate us from the love of The Almighty YAHUAH/YAHUSHUA HA MASHIACH (JESUS CHRIST). Praying for you. I understand.. I understand falling away from putting God first, but please, Never, completely abandon Him. I am very vulnerable too. I have alot of anxiety and have struggled with depression most of my life.. but lately, I have began to seek God with my Whole Heart..and That. Is the Key. Sending love and prayers.

Dr. Stanley is with Jesus and knowing he was a faithful pastor.

My husband is very ill, I am his caregiver and some days I feel so over loaded with taking care of all things. Some times I lash out at him and then I feel so guilty because I know it is the devil! But I trust in God to waver those thoughts. Praise my lord 🙌 🙏

I have given up on my life. I'm nearly 69 years old now and have been alone for about 40 of those years. I don't think G-d wants me to have a wife. There is nothing left for me but to wait to die. That is all I'm waiting for now. I don't have any more hope left.

Wonderful message, Satan has been deceiving me to work so had to buy the house that I wanted. Not realizing that my relationship with God is being destroyed. I felt God talked to me today. Amen! We at times feel so defeated and then a message such as this comes along as a reminder that God got you! One thing I encourage others to do is when you get down and out & the enemy tries to get into your head...say "Not Today devil...I am a child of the most high; you have NO power or authority over me!" And just take a moment to reflect on the many things (praising God) on what he has already brought you through because he will fight and guide you to victory each and every time. I didn’t realize how messed up his son is. Satan uses everything that he can to drag down those who make a difference in the World. Stanley is still my go to for the times that I need more encouragement and assurance that God is in control. His son must have broken his heart. Hopefully, Andy will repent.
