Every breath you take you inhale love through your nose, hold it, exhale through your mouth. Keep breathing like this until the love in your heart overflows. When you can’t contain it radiate it. Send it everybody. Your loved ones, your enemies, first responder, sick and healthy, world leaders, humanity, animal kingdom, plants and most importantly Mother Earth. Today I decide to pick up the old pencil and try to draw for the first time in months. I was thinking of background music to put on and saw that this just rolled out and just went with it.
