For the last question you can also do this 1. Solve for b in 3b = 15√6, 2. divide by 3 you get b = 5√6. 3. Since b is now both = to √6y and 5√6, set them equal to each other to solve for y. 4. Square them to get 6y = 25(6) -> 6y = 150 y = 150/6 = 25

Hey, I really don't want to sound cocky but could someone who has given SAT tell me whether these problems are tough or average, or maybe really easy because none of them took more than 10 seconds to solve in my head, I am a JEE advanced aspirant this year in case you're curious

Yeah just wait for someone to come along and say *sat scores aren't the only criteria in admissions to top colleges they also take eXtRaCuRRicUlArS into account* while completely ignoring the fact that they're getting time to indulge in extracurriculars in the first place because the SAT asks questions like this

On problem 3 you don't even have to solve the third option. Knowing that the first option is true, and the second option is false, and there's no option for I and III, you can immediately find out the answer is A. Of course, if "None of the above" was an option, that would be different.

It’s an exam that is required by a lot of colleges in the US for admission. Scored from 400-1600, a 1400+ is considered ã competitive score
